Collaboration with Amy Shoremount-Obra, soprano
Soprano Amy Shoremount-Obra made her Metropolitan Opera debut in Fall 2014 singing the First Lady in The Magic Flute. She has also sung with Annapolis Opera, Juilliard Opera Center, Savannah Voice Festival, and at the Spoleto Festival in Italy. Amy and Chris toured an all-Rachmaninoff program of art songs and solo piano music, and they presented a recital at the Savannah Voice Festival in 2015. They won second place in the 2019 Joy in Singing Art Song Competition and recently performed a recital at the Varna International Music Festival in Columbia, SC.
